RETURNS

SANDRA FRECKLED accepts returns of products purchased on this website, except for products purchased during promotions or discounts, which can be exchanged but not refunded.

If at the time of the change you are not interested in any product on the website, a code will be created with the amount of your purchase so that you can use it for 1 year.

In both exchanges and returns, the customer must assume the shipping costs.

How to proceed with the return:

- Send an email to info@sandrafreckled.com indicating your name and surname, order number and reason for the return. Once we receive it within 24-48 hours we will send you a PDF so you can see how to make the return and what you must add inside the box for the return to be accepted.

- Products must be in their original packaging or similar, so that we receive the product intact and undamaged. Returns are not accepted if the buyer manipulates, mistreats, or uses the product they wish to return.

Refund: Once we have received your product and we have verified that it is in perfect condition, we will refund the amount of the order using the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum period of 10 working days from when we receive the products.

The return shipping costs will be fully deducted from the amount to be refunded.

In the event that the return is due to a product defect or an error in the order on our part, the shipping costs for collecting the product will not be deducted.

Returns are accepted if they are made before the seventh day after the buyer received the product to be returned. That is, from the day the buyer receives his purchase until 7 days have passed, he can make a return. Outside this period, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Returns due to defects must be communicated to info@sandrafreckled.com within a maximum period of 48 hours after receiving the product.

If the defect is reported after this date, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and collection of this product from the factory.
