The Misa hoop earrings have an open irregular shape with a zirconia inside. This pair of earrings is made of 24k gold plated brass and come with a butterfly closure. They are 5cm long.

The buyer must notify us via email to info@sandrafreckled.com saying that they want to make a return.
The email must include the purchase date + purchase code + a photo attached of the product(s) you wish to return + the account number where you would like to receive the refund of the product(s) purchased.

Once the product return has been notified to us, the client must bear the cost and responsibility of sending the product(s) to the following address:

Returns are accepted if they are made before the seventh day after the buyer receives the product they wish to return. That is, from the day the customer receives his jewel, until after 7 days, that the buyer can make a return. Outside this period no returns are accepted.
