We want you to receive your order very soon, so you can wear your jewel as soon as possible. So that it transmits you all the strength, energy, and love with which it has been made.

For that reason, we send everything via express courier.


- Shipments within Spain, delivery in 1 - 3 business days. € 3,75

- Shipments within the European Union, delivery in 4-8 business days. € 8

- Shipping outside the European Union, delivery in 3 - 15 working days € 25,75

SANDRA FRECKLED accepts returns of products purchased on this website.

But you will rarely have to, because the jewel you are about to receive is so cute that you immediately will want to show off!
Still, in case it does not convince you and you wish to make a return... 

It will be very simple!
The buyer must notify us via email to saying that they want to make a return.

The email must include the purchase date + purchase code + a photo attached of the product(s) you wish to return + the account number where you would like to receive the refund of the product(s) purchased.

Ah! And if you want to indicate the reason for the return in the mail, I will be very grateful! All feedback and suggestions help me a lot to grow as a brand and as a person!

Once the product return has been notified to us, the client must bear the cost and responsibility of sending the product(s) to the following address:

When the product is received at the above-mentioned address, we proceed to check that the product is in perfect conditions, along with its original packaging, labels and any items related to it.

If the product has not been used and remains undamaged. We then proceed to issue a refund corresponding to the amount of your purchase, that we then reimburse to the account number that the buyer has previously confirmed to us by email.

Returns are accepted if they are made before the seventh day after the buyer receives the product they wish to return. That is, from the day the customer receives his jewel, until after 7 days, that the buyer can make a return. Outside this period no returns are accepted.

* Please note that for hygiene reasons pierced jewelry, such as earrings, cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not accept returns of products that have being altered, mistreated or used by the buyer.
